Christian Dior 2011/2012

The Christian-Dior-show yesterday was absolutely fantastic, although the label has got problems, because the designer of Dior, John Galliano is accused of anti-semitist manifestations. Now he is suspended and the Dior-house is already looking for his follower. Before the fashion-show, Sidney Toledano, chairman and chief executive officer of Christian Dior Couture, made a speech. 


So, also with these problems, was the show amazing!!!! John Galliano designed a fantastic romantic collection, with pastel-colours, but also with nice colour-tones of blue, green and red. He made a lor fo dresses, minis and midis, and used often hats or the new-trend-plateau-shoes as accessories. Also in his collection, we could see interesting geometric forms and prints, like on the dresses of Dries van Noten. On some of the clothes, we felt, but just a little, the orientation. I love the most the cute dresses, which he made!!!
